I think most fans of the series generally accept SS4 as a great design/concept and would welcome it into a game that is essentially fan-service and what if events.As history is being attacked and altered by evil intruders, players will have to become Time Patrollers in order to protect the Past and the Future of the Dragon Ball world. The Frieza race doesn't have a "Metal Transformation", those were just them being repaired by outside forces.
